The Tax Foundation has released its latest report on state and local tax burdens. Using the most recent data available, the report found that Utah’s state and local tax burden fell from 15th highest in 2008 to 20th in 2009. The overall Utah tax burden in 2008 was 10.0% compared to 9.7% in 2009. To read the full report, click below.
