Billy Hesterman

President

Billy has been with the Association since 2024. His experience at Utah’s capitol building includes lobbying the legislature for a number of Utah businesses and Associations and covering the legislature as a newspaper reporter. Billy has a journalism degree from the University of Utah and is also a proud graduate of Salt Lake Community College. He lives in Bluffdale with his wife Melissa, three kids and dog named Swoop.

Kelsey White

Kelsey joined the Association as research analyst initially in 2014, then spent a decade in various market research roles spanning technology, healthcare, and consumer studies. In 2025 she returned to lead the Association’s research initiatives while also developing her own research consulting business. She lives in Draper with her husband and two young daughters.

Autumn Skousen

Autumn joined the association in 2020 and has been assisting in organizing and executing a 2500 person conference with think tanks, government officials, and non profit organizations across the country since 2015. She lives in South Jordan, Utah with her husband Tim and four children.
