Billy Hesterman
President
Billy has been with the Association since 2024. His experience at Utah’s capitol building includes lobbying the legislature for a number of Utah businesses and Associations and covering the legislature as a newspaper reporter. Billy has a journalism degree from the University of Utah and is also a proud graduate of Salt Lake Community College. He lives in Bluffdale with his wife Melissa, three kids and dog named Swoop.
Malah Armstrong
Vice President of Research and Policy
Malah was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland and moved to the United States four years ago to complete a Political Science degree at Brigham Young University. She looks forward to promoting good tax policy in the state and helping to improve the lives of Utah residents. She is fascinated by all things political and loves to draw comparisons between the political systems and ideologies here and in the United Kingdom. She lives in Provo with her husband Jackson and they enjoy attending BYU football games and training for races.
Autumn Skousen
Director of Operations
Autumn joined the association in 2020 and has been assisting in organizing and executing a 2500 person conference with think tanks, government officials, and non profit organizations across the country since 2015. She lives in South Jordan, Utah with her husband Tim and four children.
