The Utah Taxpayers Association is proud to announce the hiring of our new Vice President of Research and Policy, Malah Armstrong.
As Vice President, Malah will continue to further the mission of the Utah Taxpayers Association as Utah’s tax policy watchdog- devoted to the interests of Utah Taxpayers, formulating and promoting good tax policy and ensuring economy in the expenditure of public money.
Malah is excited to get started in her role. “I was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland and moved to the United States four years ago to complete my Political Science degree at Brigham Young University. After graduation, I worked at the Provo Justice Court as an in-court clerk and am now excited for my new role as Vice President of the Utah Taxpayers Association. I look forward to promoting good tax policy in the state and helping to improve the lives of Utah residents. I am fascinated by all things political and love to draw comparisons between the political systems and ideologies here and in the United Kingdom. My husband, Jackson, and I live in Provo where we enjoy attending BYU football games and training for races.”
